As a thank you for your continued loyalty, Element Salon is introducing our Rewards program. Clients will accumulate points for various transactions, such as pre-booking an appointment or referring a new guest. It’s that simple!
WHAT ARE POINTS?
Element points were created to thank you for being a loyal guest. Points are rewarded each time you purchase retail products, or receive services over $175. These points can be used towards all retail purchases. This program is free and is presented as a courtesy to all our loyal guests.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
All Element salon guests are automatically enrolled. You don’t have to fill out any paperwork, or carry any additional cards.
HOW DO I ACCUMULATE POINTS?
Points are accumulated with services over $175 and every retail purchase at Element Salon. Points are only awarded when eligible transactions are rung up through the register. Below is a list of ways points can be accumulated and their assigned value:
• 500 points for referring a new guest to Element Salon
• 100 points for receiving services exceeding $175 per visit
• 100 points for pre-booking your next appointment during your current visit
• 1 point for every dollar spent on product purchases
HOW MUCH ARE POINTS WORTH?
100 points = $1
HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE?
Your points total will be listed at the bottom of your Element Salon receipt.
HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Points may be redeemed for retail purchases only. Points are NOT eligible for gift card transactions or services. Let the front desk know you would like to use your points upon checkout. Points accumulated for retail transactions are deducted when item is returned. If points are used to make a retail purchase and that product is returned, points are refunded back to the guest’s account.
ARE MY POINTS REDEEMABLE FOR CASH?
Points are NOT redeemable for cash.
ARE MY POINTS TRANSFERABLE?
No. Points can only be redeemed by the guest who earned them.
DO POINTS EXPIRE?
Points are accumulated during the calendar year and expire at the end of December each year. It is the guest’s responsibility to claim unredeemed points prior to expiration at year end.
